Overview
The AHA’s ACLS EP Instructor Course has been designed to help experienced providers (those who have previously completed an ACLS Provider Course) become ACLS instructors. The course covers topics such as the role of the ACLS instructor, how to prepare for and conduct an ACLS course, and how to use ACLS teaching tools. The course also includes a skills stations session, during which experienced providers practice teaching ACLS skills to each other. After successfully completing the course, providers will be able to teach the AHA’s ACLS courses to other providers.
