Overview
The American Heart Association's Heartsaver CPR AED course is a comprehensive training program designed to teach individuals how to properly perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). The course covers all of the essential skills needed to provide lifesaving care in an emergency, including how to assess an unconscious victim, perform CPR compressions, and use an AED. The course also covers important topics such as how to recognize the signs of a heart attack and how to provide basic first aid. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion from the American Heart Association.
