Overview
The American heart Association offers a course called Heartsaver First Aid Skills Session. This course is designed to teach individuals how to properly administer first aid in a variety of different situations. The course covers topics such as choking, CPR, AED use, and other basic life support skills. The course is designed for those who have little to no medical training, and is a great way to learn the basics of first aid.
