If you need an in person BLS class, you will be scammed with this one! I signed up for and paid $75 for an in person BLS healthcare provider CPR class. The day before class, I got an email stating the class is being switched to virtual due to A/V issues. It was a zoom class with screen shared videos, online exam. It does not count as in person at all. I reached out to try to reschedule for in person, no response from this company. Now I’m out $75 and have less than a week to find an in person class! Don’t waste your time or money on Babcock Health! You’ll get robbed! Check google reviews for this company- there are multiple complaints for this not being a real place and not getting a refund. The building is there, but not them! Babcock Health will scam you! Plus they are not upholding the American Health Association guidelines for CPR!
