Triad Safety Solution - Lucile is a great instructor as serious as this class is Lucile had realistic scenarios. She answered all my questions when I had them during the video exercise and was patient during review and clarification during the skills section. I liked that TSS hours were flexible for my work schedule as I was able to complete this course after work in the evening.
